JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 14.03.2012, passed in Case No.198 of 2011 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Kaimur at Bhabhua which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6914 of 2012 (4) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. It has further been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was granted interim relief by this court vide order dated 10.04.2012. The petitioner will be at liberty to file separate application for grant of any interim relief, if so advised, during the pendency of the appeal, within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal. The said application filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days.

The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
