The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) That by the way of this writ application the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate writ/ order/ direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondents to grant benefit of ACP & MACP to the petitioner who retired from service w.e.f. 31-3-2022 while working on the post of Sulekhak in Patna Museum after serving the department for about 33 years and accordingly revise the pension and other retiral benefits."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievance, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
