The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondents for considering the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment on the ground that the father of the petitioner was Chowkidar, who died on 30.03.2012, soon after the petitioner filed application for consideration for compassionate appointment but respondent authorities have not considered as yet. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9597 of 2015(2) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought, is granted.
