The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having assaulted the informant's sister son, however, injury is said to be simple in nature.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in one other case but he is on bail in the said case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since

Per contra, the learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, DistrictAurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 221 of 2018.
