Considering the subsequent conduct of the opposite
Patna High Court MJC No.1385 of 2015 dt.22-06-2016 2/2 parties, I am of the view that no case of deliberate disobedience of this Court is made out. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped and the petition is dismissed.
It goes without saying that the Zila Parishad, Gaya shall have liberty to take recourse to law for realization of money, which according to them was lying with the deceased employee. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Vats/- U
