Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 4.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16916 of 2017, with an observation that the learned trial court shall expedite the trial and try to conclude the same within a period of six months.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the period of six months has already expired and only two witnesses have been examined and that the informant has not identified the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 9.11.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in such view of the matter, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60027 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa P.S.Case No.95 of 2016 with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
