The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the decision taken by the District Selection Committee, Muzaffarpur in its meeting held on 23.01.2020, whereby and where under the name of the petitioner for selection as PDS dealer at the notified place situated in Sherukahi Panchayat under West Sub-Division of District Muzaffarpur has been rejected on the ground that she has no knowledge of computer

Patna High Court CWJC No.9962 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2021 2/2 and further for quashing the selection of private respondent No. 8, as she is junior in age to the petitioner. At the outset, the learned Sr. counsel appearing for the petitioner, Shri N.K. Agrawal seeks liberty to enable the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondent No. 3 i.e. the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur with regard to her aforesaid grievance. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondent no.3 and in case such a representation is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
