1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case no. 336 of 2023 registered under sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that she married her daughter to the son of the petitioner. The accused persons used to demand a sum of Rs. 4 lakhs and a Bolero pick up vehicle and on nonfulfilment of the same, she was assaulted, tortured and ultimately killed and her body was made to disappear.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason of her being the mother-in-law of the

The petitioner who is a lady has no concern with the family affairs of her daughter-in-law who are separate in mess and business. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.10.2023. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the petitioner being the mother-in-law of the deceased who is in custody for 5 months since 12.10.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case no. 336 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VII, Darbhanga.
