At an earlier occasion, vide order dated 12.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1591 of 2018, prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected.

Considering the period of detention, petitioner Tunnu Mehta @ Shashikant Mehta is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3rd, Aurangabad in connection with Sessions Trial No.19 of 2018/ 241 of 2018 arising out of Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.240 of 2017.
