The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No.02 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 3 litres of country made liquor has been made behind the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
