2. This review petition has been filed for reviewing the order of this Court dated 28.11.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9857 of 2018.

3. The Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur is directed to transfer the Title Suit No. 461 of 2010 in a running Court as the same is pending in a vacant Court. The other directions mentioned in the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by

Patna High Court C. REV. No.74 of 2023(3) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 9857 of 2018 shall be complied with.

4. If any injunction application is filed by the petitioner then the same shall be disposed of within 15 days of its filing.
