ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 to 4 by the Sessions Judge, Katihar, in A.B.P. No. 168 of 2015 arising out of SC/ST P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015 on the ground that he was not empowered to grant anticipatory bail.

Be that as it may, in view of the nature of allegation, I do not find any reason for interfering in the present case since there is no indication that the Private Opposite Parties have ever misused the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The application stands rejected.
