28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 60/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and this petitioner was allegedly caught on chase with one country made revolver. Learned counsel submits that it is a case of false implication. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present and submits that the petitioner was found in possession of illegal firm-arm.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52422 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 wherein petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months and has no criminal antecedent, and materials on record, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. - 1ST, Araria, in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 60/2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
