By order dated 06-08-2018 passed in CWJC No. 10387 of 2018, the respondents No. 7 & 8 were directed to consider the grievances of the petitioners.
On behalf of the petitioners, it has been submitted that the representation of the petitioners has already been rejected by the concerned authority vide Memo No. 1266 dated 30-04-2019. Further, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this contempt application with a liberty to file a fresh writ application challenging the order passed by the concerned authority.
Permission is granted.
The present contempt application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
