2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 54 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C), 66(D) of I.T. Act, 2000.

3. As per the prosecution case, family members of the informant have been deceived on the pretext of winning a lottery. It is alleged that total Rs. 1,92,549/- have been cheated from the family members of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21231 of 2024(3) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 case. F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of about one month and eight days without any plausible explanation. Charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Nothing incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. They are in judicial custody since 25.01.2024. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Taramani Kumari has already been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 06.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81426 of 2023.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Dhankund P.S.
