JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ of certiorari directing and commanding the respondents to grant promotional benefit and make payment of Grade pay scale 4200/- with effect from 2006 on the basis of sixth pay revision and also grant salary of grade pay of office superintendent who has retired from service from the post of head clerk from Sekhpura registry office whenever the petitioner was posted on the post of head
Patna High Court CWJC No. 4535 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 clerk in Lakhisarai Registry office but after transfer due to ill motive of the respondents the petitioner given joining on the post of clerk in place of head clerk and as well as praying for direction to the respondents to make payment of entire promotional dues amount with effect from due date with arrears."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
