The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agiaon P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A and 226 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery whatsoever of any illegal arms from the possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent but his name has been brought in this case only on the basis of confessional statement made by a person, who is arrested and from whose possession arms were recovered Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
