This application for grant of regular bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No.361 of 2025, registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 329(3), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim causing injuries and of having fired at the victim. He is in custody since 09.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to the injury report, the victim is said to have sustained injuries from sharp cutting weapon, however, as per
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18095 of 2026(6) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 the F.I.R. the allegation is of having fired at the victim. He further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 09.12.2025. Lastly, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties are close agnates and admittedly the occurrence has taken place on account of land dispute.

Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 7.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Saran at Chapra / concerned Court below in connection with Amnour P.S.
