JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Now that the NOC has been issued in favour of the petitioner, the concerned authorities are directed now to authorize the pension, gratuity etc. and settle the same in favour of the petitioner without further delay, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production / communication of a copy of this order.
The statutory interest on gratuity and GPF, which is payable on the heads, will surely be accounted for, against settlement of such dues.
