In pursuance of order dated 22.10.2021, Executive Officer, Nutan Rajdhani Anchal Corporation (Respondent No.4) is present in person.

Learned counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation has filed a counter affidavit stating therein that the claim towards family pension of the petitioner has been settled and payment towards the same has been made to the petitioner. In view of the fact that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the present writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
