2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault by dagger is against co-accused Amarnath Mukhiya. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault and no specific overt act has been alleged against him. This petitioner is only alleged to have snatched gold chakti from the neck of informant and cash of Rs. 3500/- from his pocket. The injury, caused by co-accused Amarnath Mukhiya, has been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 302 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
