The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case no. 254 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354A, 354B, 354D, 500 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioner, who was well known to the younger daughter of the informant, started to create nuisance in the settlement of marriage of younger daughter of the informant through various modes by sending vulgar message to the boy to whom the marriage of the daughter of the informant was settled and also caught hold the hand of daughter of the informant using objectionable language. When daughter of the informant informed the incident to the informant then petitioner used to give threatening to the informant.

No.16708 of 2019(3) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, there was love affairs in between the petitioner and the daughter of the informant, but after the performance of marriage of the daughter of the informant, petitioner has no concerned with her. Further submission is that petitioner is ready to give undertaking that he will not create any disturbance in any manner in the conjugal life of the daughter of the informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018 with condition that petitioner will file an undertaking to the effect that he will not disturb, in any manner, to the conjugal life of the daughter of the informant, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
