Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of forcible abduction of the informant's daughter who is aged about 15 years by this petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

From perusal of the statement of the victim girl

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29953 of 2021(4) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. before the Investigating Officer, it appears that she has supported the prosecution case and disclosed the name of this petitioner as an accused who took active part in this occurrence and also the prosecution witnesses have supported the case of the prosecution.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
