On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the petitioner be permitted to make a representation before the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna for constitution of Governing Body/Managing Committee, for taking care of day to day affairs of the institution, in question.

The petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Respondent no.3 i.e. the Chairman, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and take necessary steps, in respect to the relief, sought for, on behalf of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
