JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 1102 dated 24.11.2011, passed in case No.-64 of 2010, by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gaya, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
