JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 28.12.2011, passed in case No.-867 of 2011, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Purnea, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
