It has been submitted that the father's name of this petitioner was wrongly typed as Jhakho Yadav in Cr.Misc.No.31310 of 2018. The actual name of father of this petitioner is Jhakho Das. On account of discrepancy in the name of father, petitioner could not be released by the court below. Perused the record. I find force in the submission of learned counsel. The prayer as made in this Cr.Misc.No.59489 of 2018 is allowed and the name of father of this petitioner is ordered to be corrected in the petition filed in Cr.Misc.No.31310 of 2018. The name 'Babulal Das son of Jhakho Yadav' in the order dated 09.07.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.31310 of 2018 be read as Babulal Das son of Jhakho Das.

The order passed on 09.07.2018 in Cr.Misc.No.31310 of 2018 is modified to this extent.
