JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 15 dated 19.01.2011, passed in case No.- 1917 of 2010, by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of

It has further been pointed out that the petitioner was granted interim stay vide order dated 13.02.2012. The petitioner will be at liberty to file separate application for grant of any interim relief, is so advised, before the State Appellate Authority. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present application is disposed of.
