ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.534 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 326, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against Devanand Ghaghar. However, now final form has been submitted and the petitioners have not been

Considering the nature of allegations made and that there is no further material in the case diary so as to connect these petitioners with the present occurrence and further that the petitioners have not been sent up for trial, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri J. Kumar, J.M. 1st Class, Bettiah, in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.534 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
