JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-01-2021 Mr. Raghav Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted before this Court that in the third line of the last paragraph on the first page of the order dated 20.07.2020, there is a typographical error in respect of the name of place of the police station. The same mistake has occurred in the last line of the last paragraph of page 2 and in the fifth line of page 3. The correct name of the police station is Siwan Town Police Station. Let the mistakes in respect of the name of Police Station be corrected and be substituted by 'Siwan Town Police Station' in place of 'Laxmipur Police Station'. In view of the aforesaid corrections now being made, let the period fixed for surrender and submission of bail bond be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17386 of 2020(3) dt.11-01-2021 2/2 extended by another four weeks. If the petitioners surrender and submit their bail bond within the aforesaid period of four weeks from today, the same will be accepted by the learned court below on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in order dated 20.07.2020.
