The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 188 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. The specific allegation is against co-accused Rahul Yadav. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
