After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Patna dated 05.06.2015 in Case No. 80 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If such an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
