Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In the process of selection for the post of Home Guard, the petitioner has been found to be suffering with colour blindness. The finding has been reiterated once at the initial medical test on 22.04.2022 and thereafter on 17.05.2022. The concurrent finding is denied and disputed by the petitioner based on Annexure-5, his subsequent routine checkup in the OPD ward of the Government Hospital at Bhagalpur.

The court has made a specific query to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the said report certifies the petitioner to have correct vision so as to dispute the finding of colour blindness.

There is no such finding in the said routine checkup, as per Annexure-5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is apparent from the same that the petitioner has been certified as having vision 6/6.

The said submission also does not help the petitioner as it is nobodies case that he is having any difficulty in vision other than color blindness.

Writ application is, therefore, dismissed.
