2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 153(A), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 27/28/29 of the Arms Act and Section 67(C) of the Information Technology Act.
3. Allegedly, in course of patrolling, on receipt of an information regarding a video clip containing inflammatory post, which went viral on social media and caused disruption of harmony between the local people, the matter was enquired from the local Chowkidar. In course of enquiry, the involvement of the petitioner and others has surfaced.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though the prosecution case suggests that the petitioner is found involved in the crime and he has posted some video clips containing inflammatory contents causing disruption of harmony but surprisingly during the course of investigation it has not been disclosed as to what kind of video clips have been posted on social media. It is further submitted that the prime allegation revolves around co-accused Sonu @Saiyad @ Saiyad Ali and he has been allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 61099 of 2023 vide order dated 06.12.2023. That apart, the petitioner has just now completed his teenage and has fair antecedent.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the co-accused person has been allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is a man of fair antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon

Case No. 265 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
