The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 14 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2023 and there is a recovery of 180 liters illicit liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery
