The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "For direction upon the respondent authorities to give effect order dated 29.7.2003 passed by respondent General Manager Cum Chief Engineer, Mithila Electric Supply Area Darbhanga and consider the case of the petitioner for promotion to selection grade and super selection grade accordingly."
