The petitioner is in custody in connection with Charpokhari P.S.Case No.119 of 2016 pending in the Court of ACJM-II, Bhojpur at Ara registered for an offence under the Arms Act.
As per FIR, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of this petitioner and also from other co-accused. The seizure was prepared in presence of witnesses.
It has been submitted that in course of trial, five witnesses have been examined and the case is likely to be concluded.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38559 of 2018 (3) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 It appears from the petition at para-3 that the petitioner is involved in five more cases of similar nature. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is rejected.
