Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,302,120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3,5,4 of Explosive Substance Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
