Petitioner is accused in Sasaram Nagar (Tilauthu) Police Station Case No 137 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 384, 386, 120B of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is of demand of ransom. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.08.2017. His name has been dragged in the instant case only on the basis of confessional statement of one coaccused. He further submits that other accused person, namely, Awadhesh Kumar Paswan @ Samir, against whom there is specific allegation in the first information report, has already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60428 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 granted bail by this Court vide Cr Misc No 30318 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid submission, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Nagar (Tilathu) Police Station Case No 137 of 2017 subject to the following conditions:

(1) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner.

(2) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
