This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 504, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that, the petitioner on account of land dispute gave spade blow over the head.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of false implication due to the land dispute and injury found on the person of the informant is simple in nature and it is a lacerated wound not the sharp cutting wound and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
