Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that petitioner is a lady and no specific overt-act has been attributed against her and moreover, there is counter case and both cases have already been compromised between the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail
