2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

3. Learned State counsel has taken this Court to Annexure-C of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.6, according to which a cheque of Rs.1,71,551/- was issued in favour of the petitioner on 16.09.2019.
