Whether the respondent is legal and justified in not granting the senior pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000 with effect from 01.01.1996 of the pay scale of the basic pay Rs. 4500-7000?

II.

Whether the respondent is legal and justified in not granting the grade pay scale of Rs. 4800 to the teacher pursuant six pay revision committee report?

Whether the respondent is legal and justified in not granting the selection grade scale of Rs. 6500-10500 to the teachers?

IV.

Whether the whole action of the respondent is otherwise bad in law and it is fit to be quashed?

The petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar (respondent no.2), within a period of 60 days, from the date of the order. The Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of five months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
