The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 273 of the I.P.C and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016. 24 litres of liquor was alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Railway P.S. Patna Case No.59 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19891 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 2019 (Special Case No. 1672 of 2019 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
