The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lehri P.S. Case No.455 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is working in the CRPF. During course of investigation, children of the deceased have supported the defence version and they have stated that the mother had sustained head injury and she died.

Considering the above and also considering the fact that the petitioner is working in CRPF and posted in Assam, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.18553 of 2022(2) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Lehri P.S. Case No.455 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
