The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 02.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27252 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No.238 of 2021, pending in the court of learned Additional District & the Court of Exclusive Excise Court-1, Begusarai,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31931 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 02.11.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
