JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Giriyak PS Case No. 118 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 365/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, however it is a case of elopement and as there was love affairs between the two stayed in his house for two days. The girl is married lady but bidai had not been done after marriage. The petitioner is in custody since 25.4.2017 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Dipu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 6th, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Giriyak PS Case No. 118 of 2017.
