Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Rajesh Rai has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court by a reasoned order vide order dated 24.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54492 of 2017. There is no material to differentiate the case of the petitioner. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No. 896 of 2017 arising out of Dhaka Police Station Case No. 152 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
