The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the opposite party no. 2 are agnates and all the four complaint cases pending between them have been ordered to be dropped.
The opposite party no. 2 had filed a Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 615 of 2011, which after hearing, was allowed on 21st April 2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5784 of 2012 (8) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 All the cases including Complaint Case No.
674(C)/2010, which is subject matter of present criminal miscellaneous application, have been ordered to be dropped. In such situation, the counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed as withdrawn. Let the Lower Court Record be returned.
