JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Charpokhari PS Case No. 146 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 120(B)/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that just after marriage the accused persons were torturing the deceased for realizing further demand of One lakh rupees for purchasing a tractor and the dead body was disposed of.

Submission is that the petitioner is mother-in-law and she died of some illness for which she was also treated by the doctor. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Parwati Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IV, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Charpokhari PS Case No. 146 of 2017.
